Great assortment of freeze-dried fruits! This box contained two apple, two strawberry, one strawberry & banana, and one raspberry, strawberry, & blackberry. The bags are fresh, with a best by date of Sept 2025. The fruit tastes sweet and has a great crisp to it. Fun, quick snack! One of our favorite types that we usually keep stocked in our pantry. The first bag we tried was a bit tricky to open. They are notched at the top, but we had a hard time with gettingit to open from the notch. We had to use scissors, but even then, the zippered part didn't open properly. We ended up just cutting open under the zipper top. We didn't have any issues with the remaining bags. This brand is a little bit more expensive than the brands we normally buy ($31.99 at the time of the review), but it isn't too far off. It is a product of Türkiye, so that is likely why. I love that they support small scale growers! We'd definitely purchase again in the future!

I just received my Pol's freeze fresh fruit and couldn’t wait to try them. They arrived perfectly in tact, well packaged with none crushed. Just perfect whole slices. My mix consisted of 3 packs each of apples, strawberry, strawberry banana and a delightful blend of strawberry blackberries and raspberries. I must say, this combination has become my go-to snack for its unbeatable taste and convenience.

The Pol’s Freeze Fresh Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder is a deliciously sweet powder that is full of fresh strawberry flavor. The flavor of the powder is sweet and the taste of strawberry is very pronounced. Like other brands of strawberry powder, I could detect a lightly gritty texture because of the seeds, but it's not so gritty that it's like eating sand. I didn't detect any bitterness or tartness in the powder and found that the powder worked well in various recipes and drinks. When added to milk, the blend tasted like Strawberry Quik and I found I didn't need to add any additional sugar to sweeten it. Despite being a fairly fine powder, I did require a milk frother/blender to fully incorporate the powder into cold liquids as it has a penchant for clumping. When used in baking applications, it integrated into doughs and batters just fine. For those who care where their food is sourced, I found that this powder is made in Turkey, so if you're hoping to eat "local only", this isn't the powder to get. Overall, this is an excellent option if you're looking for freeze-dried strawberry powder and want nothing but strawberries included in the bag.
