Pol's Freeze Fresh
In 1965, the Muzaffer Polat Group initiated its trade operations in the district of Ermenek in Karaman, Turkey, with wholesale food and halva sales. With the motto, “Good food is everyone’s right,” and considering the dynamics of food and agriculture transformation, we established the POL’S brand in Ermenek in 2017, aiming to support regional development.
Our goal is to leave a mark on the land where we were born. In line with this goal, we create employment opportunities for the local farmers and women, offering regular agricultural training through controlled farming practices. At Pol’s, we understand that the cornerstone of sustainability is women’s employment. With an 80% female workforce, we shape what we take from these lands with the hands of women from these lands. In our view, it’s NATURAL!
At Pol’s, we continuously incorporate evolving production technologies and consumer demands into our operations. We conduct research and development in the functional food sector, setting our goals accordingly, and stride confidently towards our objectives.

We began providing services as one of the few production facilities in Turkey using freeze-dry technology. In a short span of time, we’ve made our mark in the name of a sustainable ecosystem with a major brands: Pol’s Freeze Fresh. Utilizing freeze-dry technology in our production facilities, we’ve preserved the unique qualities of vegetables and fruits grown through controlled farming practices, retaining up to high percentage of their inherent characteristics, and bringing them to consumers. With our expert and experienced production team, we continue to promote our healthy, natural, sugar-free, and additive-free products under the Pol’s Freeze Fresh brands on a industrial facility.
